He described China and India as hyper growth opportunities claiming initial interest has exceeded expectations. In the last six months, Arasor has made two strategic acquisitions including the Bandwidth Foundry in Sydney and Xalted Wireless in India. The Bandwidth Foundry is a Sydney-based photonics manufacturing technology development centre which was founded in and funded under the federal government's Major National Research Facility program MNRF.

The Foundry facilitates photonics innovation and commercialisation by providing prototyping facilities and services to developers of photonic integrated circuits. In addition, the highly skilled team specialises in photolithography foundry services including photo mask production and direct laser writing of optical materials which are central to realising Arasor's research and commercialisation goals.
